Falling Film Water Chillers

Provides ingredient ice-cold water for bakery dough making, fruit and vegetable washing and chilling, and dairy mix chilling. Edible fluids chilled to near freezing temperatures without fear of damage to the equipment.

Supplied as a component to be incorporated into systems by others or as complete systems that include dedicated compressor/condenser sets, low side refrigerant controls, and electric control elements.

Available for operation with all currently used refrigerants in capacities that range from 6 to 400 tons of refrigeration.

Ice Builders

To accumulate and store refrigeration in the form of ice banks for high capacity peak shaving or for the building of refrigeration during off peak hours. Lowers electric power costs and extends engine room capacity. Unit capacities range from 1000 to 100000 lb of ice storage.
